Kajaani Shopping Park

One of Ruukki's assets was the structural design of the frame and façade structures, which guaranteed cost-efficient solutions.

The property owners contracted Ruukki to construct a new, large-scale commercial centre to be called the Kajaani Shopping Park in the city of Kajaani in Finland. The first and second stages of the building, comprising 15,335 square metres, were finished by the end of 2007.

Because of its reliability as a partner, Ruukki was also contracted to deliver the frame and façade panels for the K-rauta hardware store that was being built in the Shopping Park area. The project was finished in March 2009.
