Our customer, private Polish investor, bought an almost 200 years old residence with intentions to turn it into a prestigious conference center with accommodation services. A complete renovation work, under the surveillance of conservator of antiques, needed to be done.
The building's roof was the most challenging part of the project. The roof must be durable, attractive and fitting to old Polish manor architecture.
Renovated building fits beautifully into its surroundings. The investor was tisfied with chosen roof and professional planning of Ruukki, that partly ensured the smoothness of the whole renovation project.
