Built for the Espoo Housing Fair, the housing company 5 Klippinkiä is a model example of modern wood construction. Ruukki delivered the project with roofs that fit well with the modern design of the houses, as well as the surrounding Finnish nature. The dark grey, model Classic roof with roof safety products and rainwater systems completed the ensemble by emphasizing the modern, fresh design of the house.
