Built for the 2006 Housing Fair, the housing company Espoon Kaupunkivillat, consists of seven row houses and semi-detached houses entailing altogether 23 apartments. These houses represent trendy wood house construction at its best.
The houses received a stylish finish with Ruukki’s popular roof model Classic, in dark grey colour. The altitude differences on the site did the roofs justice, opening views to several directions and creating a beautiful vista over the sloping rooftops.
