Private house in one of the prestigious Kaunas City neighborhoods – VIČIŪNAI, M. Velykio street

A two-storey house of 20 meters long with 300 sq. m of space is squeezed into a land plot of slightly over 6 ares. The house catches the eye of passers-by not only by its unusual form, but also by its façade finishing. Geometrical concept of the architect reminds of a right rectangular with two angles cut off. The angle cut off from the first floor of the frontage imitates a pitched roof. The angle cut off from the ground floor of the back façade extends the green lawn.

Cor-Ten cassettes were used for exterior finishing of the building and non-standard joints of jig materials were used for the roof. Our offered materials have completely satisfied the architect’s vision.
