Product warranty

When you purchase an authentic Ruukki roof, you will be assigned a generous warranty as a written declaration of our reliability as a supplier and high product quality.

Pural™, Pural matt™ and PVDF coated Products are given a fifty (50) year warranty for technical performance and a twenty (20) year warranty for aesthetic performance.

Purex™ coated Products are given a fourty (40) year warranty for technical performance and a fifteen (15) year warranty for aesthetic performance.

The warranty periods for Polyester and Polyester matt coated Products are thirty (30) years for technical performance and ten (10) years for aesthetic performance respectively.

Technical performance refers to the mechanical functionality of the Product; we guarantee that the product sheets will stay mechanically undamaged for the given period of time.

Aesthetic performance warranty refers to the prevalence of the external colour coated surface of the Product; we guarantee that the products coating and color will remain for the given period of time.
